As temperatures start to drop, you may be wondering how long your dog should spend outdoors. The answer depends on factors like their size, coat type, and age. Keep an eye out for signs they're getting too cold, such as slowing down, shivering, or lifting their paws. When you notice these cues, it's time to head inside and warm up.

Check out our Cold Weather Lookbook for more expert tips on keeping your pet safe and comfortable this season. 🐾❄️

🎃This free sign on your lawn says your home is accessible to the over 1 million children with disabilities that face barriers every day. Especially on Halloween. Where a single step or a spoken word excludes them.

💡✅This sign shows you have adapted Halloween for almost every disability; 90% of it is simply moving yourself and your treats to your driveway or garage and having non-edible treats.

🐶🐱Bonus: Treating Accessibly removes stress for 70% of furry family members by eliminating knocking and doorbells. Kid-friendly pets love being outside with you to greet the community.

🤝🇨🇦2 out of 3 Canadians celebrate Halloween simultaneously; it's our largest shared neighbourhood tradition.

Our Pet Valu Mayfield distributes free lawn signs across Canada to help your Halloween-loving homes change the nation for a night for all kids and communities. Join them Treat Accessibly
