😘 Happy ending for Staxx this morning! 😘
🏡 He is off to his new home in Calgary to be with his 2 new dog siblings + 2 foster pups! 🏠
This is exactly the outcome I was hoping for!
Someone who understands the situation at hand, willing to drive 6 hours round trip to save this sweet boy, and give him the chance he deserves.
Knowing not only the urgency of his medical care needs, but the understanding of the negative aspects within shelter life and how it could greatly affect this important growth period of Staxx's life.
Sometimes things line up as they should. The universe is always working its magic. And I know in my heart I did right by Staxx, by not giving up on him and knowing that there was someone out there for him! ✨️
He is going where there is some familiarity with multiple dogs around, the understanding to get the medical care immediately- not only for his injury, but neutering and all the small things too. Where people give animals a chance no matter what kind of effort it takes.
He will have a bull mastiff sister, so the owner already has great knowledge of the breed. Ample space to accommodate such large breeds, including their own xl doggy door- the biggest dog door you'll ever see 👀. Lots of love, I can already tell. 💝
