Started the week with these cute faces 🤗
🐾 Jayda is doing so well with her reactivity with me and her owner have seen a difference at home too. She enjoys her outings and thrives when given direction. Her favourite way to be rewarded is to catch a treat, she never misses.
🐾 Cheech is an OG by now, he comes out twice a week and isn’t impressed with me if i miss a day. He has built lots of confidence in public spaces and is such a good boy but also loves to be cheecky too. He loves a good zoomie but only if i join.
🐾 Addi is a highly anxious girl, she is unfortunately very scared of the outside world which comes with reactivity to people and dogs. We are working through her stress and building her confidence. It is very sweet to see her happy to see me and step out of her comfort zone a bit more every week.
🐾 Luna is at a peak in her training at the moment. She is learning an off switch to her boisterous personality and is so calm on walks now that i have to be silly to make sure shes still having fun. She absolutely loves to just stop mid walk for a cuddle and be told what a good girl she is.
Building relationships with dogs is the best part of training, understanding what they enjoy and seeing the world through their eyes is where the bond becomes stronger. Once a dog trusts you they feel invincible by your side. And that is what i always strive for.
