It seems like is far away but I’m sure with how fast this year is going we will be hearing those jingle bells before we know it 🎄🎅🏻

18 more work weeks until I close for 2 weeks over Christmas for family time. That means those of you are on a 8 week schedule you will only have about 2 more grooms until the new year! 🫣 Where has the year gone?!

I am almost already fully booked for December, I am currently working on possibly working extra days to ensure everyone gets in.

This is your reminder to get in contact with me ASAP or I cannot guarantee a spot for you. I’ll try my best though, I promise.

Some new faces and some regulars over the past couple of weeks 🥰

Thank you all always for your support of my little business. Your puppies beautiful faces are what keeps me doing want I do. A calm and quiet environment for all to keep the grooming experience a nice one.

On the other hand to that, the excitement I get from some dogs when they come in to see me is so overwhelming when I know most dog don’t like grooming it’s heartwarming they are still happy to come and see me 🥰

Understanding the importance of each step of the grooming process.

🌟 Bath - use high quality products for the correct cost type/ skin type. Without using high quality products correctly including the correct contact time (how long you leave that product on for) you will not get a literal squeaky clean coat. I mean it, a clean, wet coat will squeak as you run your hand over it.

🌟 Fluff and brush - Blow drying with a high velocity dryer and finishing with a slow fluff dry, all while brushing with a correct brush for the coat type. Always comb through all over before even looking at clipping/ sc******ng.

🌟 Styling - Styling can only take place once the first 2 steps are complete. Every groomer has a different order for styling however without a clean, dry and brushed coat the finish will be uneven and choppy. A dirty coat dulls clipper blades and scissors quicker and damp skin can lead to infections and even increase the risk of injuries with blades or brushes.

Trust the process, trust your groomer and ask the questions. An open and honest groomer will always want to assist and educate for the wellness of your baby.

Allowing myself to take the time I need by not rushing dogs and limiting how many dogs I groom a day helps me to provide a high quality finish with minimal stress to your pup. Some even say their pup loves coming to see me! 🥰

Winter is well and truly upon us! ☃️ Hope you are all keeping warm and dry in these conditions!

Winter is not the time to skip grooming. Even in the wet and cold days your baby still needs bath, blow dried and brush through. This helps to maintain skin and coat health and avoids those pesky knots!

During winter some people choose to keep a longer length, do just a feet and face tidy up or some people do their regular haircut all year round! These babies won’t even notice the cold when they are tucked up in bed with you! 😍

My prices will rise from 1st June. This adjustment allows me to maintain the highest quality service and premium products I’ve always offered. I appreciate your continued support and enabling me to provide only excellence for your furbabies.

Cancellation Policy Reminder

Cancellation and no-show policies have always been in place. However, I am experiencing an increasing number of cancellations the night before an appointment or after confirmation has been sent.

Generally, I do not charge for cancellations if I can fill the appointment. However, cancelling the night before does not provide me with the opportunity to fill the vacancy. Consequently, I will have to enforce these policies to manage the financial impact of these losses while continuing to grow my business.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance or a $50 fee will apply. A no-show to your appointment incurs a 100% fee of the appointment cost. I appreciate your understanding.
