OK, PFC family, one of our own needs our support 💙.

In the late hours of last Friday night, Jesse Whinnen and his wife, Nicky, got the devastating news that their 5-year-old daughter, Margot, had Acute Myloid Leukaemia.

Margot was transferred to the Women's and Children's Hospital to commence chemotherapy treatment for the next two months.

To say that Jesse, Nicky, and their families are devastated is an understatement.

A GoFundMe page has been set up if you would like to help Jesse and Nicky out, as they won't be able to work and will face some financial strain while also caring for their two young sons Myles and Logan.

This happened Yesterday — When people ask what makes our team so special, it’s not just how much they love animals—it’s how far they’ll go to look after our owners, too.
Here’s a quick story from yesterday that shows exactly what we mean:
A customer dropped off her pets for boarding and headed off to catch a flight for a dream trip Shortly after she left, Tegan on our team noticed a personal item left behind in reception. Inside was the customer’s passport.
When Tegan got through to her, the customer was already at the airport—40km away—facing a completely ruined trip.
Instead of treating it like someone else's problem, Tegan moved fast. She immediately flagged the issue with management, worked out a solution, and coordinated an express delivery straight to the airport terminal using Maxi Limo services.
The passport arrived in time, and our customer is officially on her way overseas! ✈️
Huge shoutout to Tegan for the initiative, quick thinking, and genuine care. We couldn't be prouder to have a team that steps up like this when it counts. 🐾
