New friends and old friends 💕🐾

✨ Last week we had a visit from one of our wonderful ex veterinary nurses Jordan!
Jordan now works at a specialist surgery in Brisbane.

Jordan also brought along her beautiful Golden Retriever Moose! Moose was surrendered to us when he was a puppy and found the perfect home with Jordan ❤️

A lot of you know about our little guy “Lucky”, either through our social media or seeing him around the surgery 🐾

Lucky was surrendered to us in 2022 after he was accidentally run over by his original owner, he suffered quite a severe pelvic fracture and spinal injury.

🐮Being a working dog, from a cattle farm his injuries were too severe for his owner to use him for future work and they had elected to euthanise him. Seeing a scared little dog that deserved a chance we offered to take him as a surrender which his owner consented to.

Lucky had a long recovery but with the help of many amazing people, he has great mobility, lives a great life with one of our nurses and of course is a valued employee of Currumbin Fair Veterinary Surgery❤️🐾🐶

❤️ Yesterday we had the pleasure of vaccinating and microchipping these beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies and they passed their health checks with flying colours.

Can you guess how many grams of treats are in the jar?!

Anyone that brings their pet in for an appointment, purchases a product or collects a reload of their pet’s medication THIS FRIDAY ONLY, will get 1 guess at how many grams of treats are in the jar.

All guesses will be looked at Friday evening and the person who has guessed correctly or the person with the closest guess to the correct amount of grams will get to collect the whole jar of treats! 🐾❤️

If we have multiple winners we will draw a name out of the hat 🎩

Both of these beautiful puppies came in for their puppy vaccinations this week and it was definitely a highlight 🐾
