❤️🥰 Little Mindy is not a fan of the day spa experience 🛁 but she really needed a bath. Lots of time, gentle encouragement, treats and Dr Zoo shampoo. She didn’t mind too much and she’s feeling much better after her bath due to having a bit of a yeast skin allergy. Mindy is 10 years old, we adopted her 4 years ago and she’s really become a central part of our family 👩🐶🐶

A tribute post for our dear boy, Alfie ❤️ 10/12/2016 - 18/06/2026 ❤️ Sadly gained his angel wings 🤍🕊️🌈

Alfie was known for being an expert chatterbox, dead fishing on his walks 🤣, having the longest Groodle legs and most importantly he was everyone’s friend. A calm mannered boy with not an aggressive bone in his body, he shared the love with anyone that crossed his path. He was Esha’s best friend and a loving companion supporting her through many challenging times ❤️

He was the hardest worker at Wholefood Pet Market 😂🥰 greeting customers and making sure they left the store with a smile on their face from his funny antics 😆🐶

Alfie you will be very missed, you are a very loved dog and we wish Esha and her family much love at this difficult time. Anyone that has lost a pet will know they’re very much a big part of the family and saying goodbye is one of the hardest things to go through in this life ❤️

Has your dog got itchy skin?
Check your dog’s shampoo. Gus had been scratching and licking his paws more than usual and had that stinky yeast smell. I started washing him up at the local dog wash more regularly using their shampoo, it was highly sudsy, but I didn’t think about how harsh this would be on my dog’s skin. So I inadvertently made my dog’s allergy worse, stripping the natural oils and drying up Gus’s skin 😳🤦‍♀️
Once I finally realised what I was doing, I switched back to our trusty Dr Zoo shampoo and he is so much more comfortable now. Just a reminder if your dog has allergies to review the shampoo you are using. I highly recommend Dr Zoo shampoo, it has always been easy to lather, gentle on the skin, and as they say, totally lickable.
