🐾 Meet Biscuits – Our Little Clinic Helper Looking for a Forever Home! 🐾

If you’ve visited the clinic recently, you may have spotted a tiny tabby kitten supervising the shelves, greeting visitors, and generally causing adorable mischief. Meet Biscuits! 💙

Biscuits has been spending time with us at the clinic while he waits for his perfect family to come along. He is a confident, affectionate, and incredibly playful young kitten who loves attention and is always ready for a game or a cuddle.

You may have noticed another new face around the clinic recently, and we’d love to officially introduce Dr Johanna Thuvesson, who has joined our team as a veterinarian 🐾

Johanna recently completed her veterinary training in New Zealand and brings a calm, compassionate approach to patient care, along with a genuine love for both animals and their people. She has a special interest in companion animal medicine and surgery, and enjoys building positive relationships with patients and clients alike.

Originally from Sweden, Johanna spent the last decade living and studying in New Zealand before making the move to Newcastle. Outside of work, she enjoys the outdoors, martial arts, and spending time with animals of all shapes and sizes — especially cows, her favourite animal! 🐄

We’re very excited to have Johanna as part of the team and can’t wait for many of you to meet her in consults. Make sure to say hello next time you’re in the clinic 💙

You may have noticed some new faces around the clinic over the last few months, and we’d love to officially introduce Dr Carly Perrin, who joined our team in December!

Dr Carly comes to us with a background in emergency and critical care, bringing a calm and compassionate approach to both patients and their people. She also has a keen interest in behaviour and Fear Free veterinary visits, helping make trips to the vet as low-stress and positive as possible for your pets.

We’re very excited to have Carly as part of the team and know many of you have already met her in consults. Be sure to say hello next time you’re in the clinic 🐾
