🇺🇸 Labor Day Holiday Notice 🇺🇸

Southtowns Animal Hospital will be closed on Monday, September 7th in observance of Labor Day.

If your pet needs any medication refills, prescription diets, or preventatives, please call or submit your refill request ahead of the holiday weekend. We ask for at least 72 hours notice for all refill requests. 🐾

Planning ahead helps ensure your pet has everything they need while we are closed.

Yesterday was Rainbow Bridge Remembrance Day 🌈🐾

A day to remember the beloved pets who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge and the special place they will always hold in our hearts.

For those who have experienced the loss of a pet, we know that their absence is felt long after they leave our lives. The memories, love, and bond we shared with them remain forever.

This sweet kitten came in for his very first wellness visit and vaccines, and we were so happy to welcome him to the Southtowns Animal Hospital family! 🐾

Meet Alfie! 🐶💛

This adorable Corgi puppy came in for a visit last month and managed to make friends with quite a few members of our team!

Dr. Jacobi, Cassidy, and Katelin all got some quality Alfie cuddles during his visit. 🐾

We think it’s safe to say this little guy was a hit with everyone! 🥰

Life gets busy, and sometimes a family member, friend, or pet sitter brings your pet to their appointment.

If someone other than an owner listed on your account will be bringing your pet to Southtowns Animal Hospital, we ask that you complete our new Pet Care Authorization Form before your visit.

This quick form allows your designated representative to discuss your pet's care with our veterinary team and make medical decisions on your behalf during that appointment if needed. Completing the form ahead of time helps prevent delays in your pet's care—especially if an unexpected medical situation arises.
