Hi I’m Sasha and I love sourdough!
Many people have asked why our Classic bread is a sandwich loaf rather than a traditional boule. There are two main reasons.
First, we are currently baking in a home oven, which means limited oven space and a smaller production capacity with each bake.
Second, while artisan boules are offered by many bakeries, I found it much harder to find a truly high-quality sourdough sandwich loaf before I began baking them myself. We wanted to create something practical, delicious, and dependable for everyday use.
Our goal is to provide quality breads that you can enjoy time and time again, with the consistency and flavor you can count on. As we grow, we do plan to expand our oven capacity, but our focus will always remain on quality over quantity.
