Danny is asking for you to come see him at Kitty Corner Spa and Grooming. He does request that you have patience with him. Danny is a little spicy when he is scared. He loves affection and wants pets when he has had time to warm up. He is a little stand offish with other cats but he is socialized.

It is with GREAT SADNESS that we have to announce:

That come December 1st we will have to raise our adoption fee to $160.00.

We CANNOT continue to carry over such a high debt with the cost of care outpacing our income from drastically slow adoptions. We do not get enough donations from the community regularly to help keep our bills lower. Animal Control continues to fill up, and they reach out to us frequently with medical cases that no other rescues are willing/able to take on and sadly these are becoming too costly for us as well. This means more often the use of humane euthanasia will become more necessary.


Animal Control does their best to find homes or rescues for all the cats (and dogs) that come into their shelters. We go in and help vaccinate cats that are less cooperative due to the stress of the environment to attempt to prevent disease. People feel it's not necessary to Spay and Neuter so the problem continues. The answer is Spay and Neuter. The overpopulation is heartbreakingly OUT OF CONTROL. We vet every cat that comes through our rescue and to help more cats survive we pull from AC, VET, TRANSPORT and turn over to bigger rescues over 2 hours or more away that are able to find more homes quicker. We basically donate the cost of all that and food, litter and shelter to ensure more lives are spared from what seems like community ignorance or apathy.

The attached vet bill is our adoption account. This is what we owe for the medical care that we have given to cats we have/had in our care. It includes ONLY the medical care for not only the adoptable cats that we have available but the cats we tried to help and didn't make it, those sent on transport, as well as those that are not quite ready for adoption but on the way. This does not include the food, litter, gas for transport, time and other resources. It also does not include what we are trying to do for the community by building a new clinic! A clinic that will provide AFFORDABLE SPAY/NEUTER services for cats (AND DOGS).

The new building we are building; we have overcome obstacle after obstacle of bureaucratic red tape and are still fighting to bring YOU this gem!

Chandler is pretty fancy too. He Is little bitty and he has mixed beans, 4 white paws and THE CUTEST STRIPES. HE LOVES UPSIES! He has the cutest ROAR! This little F*R*I*E*N*D is absolutely going to be somebody's bestie. He is going to be at the Latchkey event this weekend at Kitty Corner Spa and Kitty Corner Spa & Boarding. Come out and see all his little buddies from 12-4pm on Saturday October 24th.

Next weekend October 24 we will be having a Latchkey Event at Kitty Corner Spa & Boarding! This means you can stop in to see the cuties and choose your new furbaby all in the same day!

Fill out our application to be preapproved. Kitty Corner Spa And Boarding is a wonderful business that has been super supportive to us and we are grateful they are hosting this event. Come out and see the kitties and the Spa. Its a wonderful space for cats and the owner is super knowledgeable about grooming and cats in general.
