‼️ ATTENTION: IMPORTANT POLICY UPDATE ‼️

Effective immediately, if you need to leave your dog at the shop after their appointment or will be unable to pick them up before 3:30–4:00 PM, payment will be due at drop-off.

If you have an afternoon appointment, please be mindful of pickup times and plan accordingly.

Unfortunately, as a single mother, I have to leave the shop every day between 3:30 and 4:00 PM to pick up my daughter from school. There may also be times when I need to make it to the bank before closing. While I truly don’t mind allowing you to pick up your dog after hours, I do need to make sure payment is taken care of before I leave for the day. This new policy will help ensure payment is received on the same day the service is performed.

If you are not comfortable with your dog being left unattended in the shop, please make arrangements to pick them up within 30 minutes to an hour of being notified that they are ready. I completely understand that things come up, but unfortunately, I cannot stay at the shop past the time I need to leave to pick up my daughter.

If you would prefer to pick up your dog personally before I leave for the day, I highly recommend scheduling an earlier appointment.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and I appreciate each and every one of you for understanding and respecting my time as both a business owner and a mom. ❤️
