One of my favorite things? Finding bone pathology! ☠️ What do you think caused this? These 6 pieces each show an individual Burmese python vertebrae, the two larger displays are each two vertebrae fused together. 🐍 The other vertebrae from this snake are all relatively normal looking, it’s unknown what caused the bone damage, but it is pretty crazy to see.

C-Rex the Great Curassow! The males of this species are known for the distinctive curled black head feathers 🤩. These birds can reach upwards 3ft in height and nearly 10lbs, living to their mid-twenties in captivity. This dude was donated to me via an exotic ranch where he lived a loved and full life until the end. Very cool species! I’ve met several in person through the years, I knew I had to save his charactaristic head plumage!

C-Rex the Great Curassow! The males of this species are known for the distinctive curled black head feathers 🤩. These birds can reach upwards 3ft in height and nearly 10lbs, living to their mid-twenties in captivity. This dude was donated to me via an exotic ranch where he lived a loved and full life until the end. Very cool species! A few small skull domes! A crested gecko & snake skulls. 🦎💀🐍 I can literally imagine the one brain cell boinking around that tiiiny little skull cavity of the gecko, who are well known for their derpy lack of intelligence lol.

Had a great weekend out in Scottsdale for the All American Plant & Reptile Expo! It’s always a more enjoyable event weekend when vending with friends at a large booth, but this weekend also had a special guest tag along! 🦏
Lark my rhino iguana came with as an animal ambassador and made a ton of people happy this weekend, getting to say hi, pet him and take some photos. 📸 Lark is really just the best boy, he hung out in his area, ate plenty of extra treats and for the most part just hung out in my arms, being carried like a big toddler! 🩶

This desert millipede display quickly became a personal favorite, I try not to keep too many of my own creations, but dang this one will be hard to part with! 🤎 I found this lil guy perfectly curled up already passed away in this exact position. Their beauty is absolute perfection, nature is the best artist there is and that’s why I love foraging and using other natural materials in my creations. 🍂🪲
