🚨 OUT OF THE OFFICE 🚨

We’re officially out of the office 10/8–10/12! 🏔️❤️ We’re off to the Smokies for a little R&R, mountain air, good food, and hopefully some relaxation. 😂

I’ll still be checking in here and there, but I’ll be back to replying to messages and getting everything caught up on Tuesday!

I have been SLACKING… and holding out on sharing all these cute new faces we’ve had in the Winners Circle over the last week or so! 🥰

First up, Millie 🥺 — she’s one of my OG pups, Kash’s, new little sis! It’s always so special getting to meet the newest additions to my longtime clients’ families. ❤️

Niko is our pal Henry’s new little brother! We’re so happy to have another member of their family joining the VLP crew. 🐾

Charlie the Golden is a good boy I’ve known since I first started grooming, so I was SO happy to have him back on my table again! 🥹

And Charlie #2 is a brand-new face around here! We already see the rest of his family’s pups, and they didn’t want him feeling left out of all the fun. 🤪

So happy to welcome all these sweet faces into the Winners Circle! 🏆🐾

And as always, a sincere thank you to every single one of you who continues to trust me with your pups. Whether you’ve been with me since day one or you’re brand new to VLP, I truly don’t take your support for granted. Getting to know your pups, watch them grow, and be part of their lives is one of my favorite parts of what I do. ❤️

We’ve added a few more cuties to our VLP fam over the last few days!

Cleo recently got adopted by the Isaak family — and if you know them, you KNOW it was only right that she found her way to the Winners Circle too. She came out of her shell so quickly, and we became besties in no time. 🏆🖤

And then we have Luna & Oakley! These two are just too stinking cute. I can never get enough of some Goldens, and these two were absolute sweethearts from the moment they walked through the door. They both have the best personalities and were so much fun to get to know. I have a feeling these two are going to fit right in around here!

A few quick reminders as we head into the busy season! 🍂🎃🎄

📅 We’re currently booking into NOVEMBER and are steadily booking 6-8 weeks out!
If you’re a regular client, I highly recommend rebooking before you leave to make sure you get the appointment you want. And if you’re wanting your pup fresh for Thanksgiving, Christmas, family photos, or holiday gatherings, now is the time to get those appointments booked! 🐶✨

⏰ Cancellations & No-Shows
Please remember that we require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. The first missed appointment is waived, but after that, a 50% no-show fee will apply before another appointment can be booked.

🪲 Flea Season is here! 🥴
This is the time of year when fleas tend to become more common, so we want to give everyone a friendly reminder about our flea policy! Thankfully, this isn’t something we commonly deal with at VLP, but we do want to be proactive about keeping our salon and all of our pups protected.

We cannot accept dogs with active fleas. If fleas are discovered during an appointment, a $30 fee starting at will be added to cover the additional cleaning, sanitizing, laundry, and preventative measures needed to make sure those little hitchhikers don’t spread throughout the salon. 🧼🐾 Additional fees may apply depending on the situation.

I have some exciting personal changes happening behind the scenes right now, so thank you for being patient and understanding with me as I navigate a few changes to my schedule and routine. I appreciate everyone who has been so kind and flexible with me lately more than you know! 🫶🏻

Thank you for respecting my schedule and the time I set aside for each of your pups. I’m so grateful for all of your support and for continuing to keep VLP so busy!
