Mr. Buddy here was spending the day with us for some supportive care and was able to break free of his kennel long enough to get a delicious dinner sent to him via room service. If he could stop long enough to give us a rating, it would be five stars.

Sunny wanted to pop in to let everyone know that we have the best treats in town! Peanut butter for the dogs, Churu for the cats, and coffee for the humans!

We're open 7 days a week from 10am-10pm for walk-in urgent veterinary care. No need to make any appointments although you're welcome to call and let us know you're en route!

SAY NO TO SNAKES! 🐍

We know it’s hard, they’re nature’s best toy…Luna here can confirm. Fortunately Luna’s dad and big brother brought her to us quickly so we could administer antivenom and get her back to tip-top shape so she can resume securing her perimeter at home!

The best part about this is that Luna’s brother, Noah, was able to be hands-on with the care team and provide unlimited peanut butter licks to Luna while our team placed her IV catheter which provided a calm and comforting environment for Luna so she didn’t have to worry during what could have been a stressful time for her. She won the brave girl award for the day and was happy to go home!

We are open every day of the week from 10am-10pm by walk-in only - no appointments needed!

It doesn’t get much better than this right here! Sweet Bailey came to us recently and just melted the entire team here. Fortunately, kisses and butt pats are free of charge and we dish them out all day long!

We will be open for regular hours of operation tomorrow and all weekend long! 10am-10pm, no appointments needed.

That warm Florida weather has been in FULL FORCE which unfortunately means our pets are at a high risk of heat stroke. Make sure you know the signs and how to handle them! In 85 degree weather, dogs can overheat and develop a life-threatening heat stroke within 10-30 minutes.

A healthy body temperature is anywhere between 99 and 103 degrees. Heat exhaustion begins to occur at 104 degrees and anything over 104 degrees puts your dog at risk of a heat stroke and possibly death.

If you suspect your dog is having a heat stroke:
☀️ Bring your pet inside immediately. Give them an open space to lay down with plenty of air flow
💨 Place a fan nearby if you have one. Have your dog lay on a cool (not cold) towel
💧Offer a bowl of water to drink. You may also take a COOL washcloth and wipe their face and coat to expedite the cooling process. Never use ice or ice water!

📞 Call us and let us know you are on the way if your dog falls unconscious or doesn’t seem to be improving within minutes. Seconds can be the difference between life and death in this Florida heat!

If you are concerned, so are we! We always recommend bringing your pet in for an exam as a “better safe than sorry” approach. Don’t forget, we are open for walk-in visits from 10am-10pm daily!
