🎃👻 Four little lives. Four second chances! Meet Boo, Pumpkin, Jack, and Ghost.

These four 5-week-old kittens came into our care today, and our team banded together and got right to work: baths, deworming, and nutritious food. Tonight, they are cozy, warm, and loved. They’ll be headed to the veterinarian soon.

We are a small, donation supported, volunteer-based organization, and we can only say yes because our community continues to stand behind us.

Today, we are especially grateful to receive a generous Judith Godwin Animal Welfare Grant, managed by our friends at the Suffolk Foundation. Support like this helps us provide the care these little ones need when they have nowhere else to go.

We don’t take a single “yes” for granted. Friends, THANK YOU for helping us keep saying yes.

Welcome to the Suffolk Humane Society, little ones.

(*The kittens are not yet available for adoption)

👑 Meet Prince!🐾

This handsome 3-year-old mini Australian Shepherd is looking for his person.❤️

Prince is smart, playful and affectionate, but he needs a patient, calm home where he can build confidence at his own pace. He LOVES fetch, chasing the hose, car rides and backyard zoomies! 😂

He’s currently in foster care with a trainer who is helping him learn that the world can be a pretty wonderful place.

Supporting the 18th Annual Mutt Strut Festival THIS SUNDAY (10/25, 10-4pm) helps animals like Carina!

This little girl was found by the Food Lion dumpster back in August, and just look at her now!

Huge thanks to our friend Dina Patton for rescuing Carina and getting her safely into our care. And thank you to our incredible volunteers and supportive community who make these transformations possible.

This is what happens when a community comes together. Because of you, we can say YES. Thank you! 🐾❤️🎉

Carina is in foster care and available for adoption! She is ready for her happily ever after to begin! Learn more about adopting or the Mutt Strut through the links below!
