‼️‼️Small business reminder ‼️‼️
Due to recent last minute cancellations and no shows, I have decided to start requiring a deposit for customers who have missed more than 2 appointments.

I know life happens and schedules can change, and I always try to be understanding. But as a one-on-one groomer who works strictly by appointment only, repeated last minute cancellations and no-shows make it extremely difficult for small businesses like mine to stay afloat.

When you book an appointment with me, that time is reserved specifically for your dog. I don’t double book or stack multiple dogs at once, so when someone cancels last minute or doesn’t show up, that’s time and income I usually cannot get back. It also prevents another client from getting an appointment they were ready and waiting to take.

Because of this, moving forward, clients with repeated late cancellations or more than one no-show will be required to pay a deposit before booking future appointments. Deposits will go toward your groom as long as the appointment is kept.

I truly appreciate all of my loyal clients who support my business, respect my time, and consistently show up for their appointments. It means more than you know 🩷🐾

A customer of mine is looking to rehome a very loving dog to the right home. His owner is an elderly woman who loves him dearly, but he has more energy than she’s able to keep up with.

He is incredibly sweet, affectionate, and loves being around people and other dogs. He’s potty trained, enjoys being indoors, and would thrive with an active person or family who can give him the exercise and attention he needs.
