Beware of the Hidden Landmines! 🍂💩
Ahhh, fall. Crisp air, beautiful leaves, peaceful walks... and the dangerous game of trying to find dog p**p buried beneath 400 freshly fallen leaves.

One wrong step and suddenly you're doing the sidewalk shuffle! Fall reminder: Keep those yards picked up, even when the leaves make everything disappear. Hidden waste can harbor parasites and bacteria.
Who's already stepped on a fall surprise? 😂

Does Your Weim Have an Internal Alarm Clock? ⏰🐾
Forget setting an alarm. Some of us have a Weimaraner who knows EXACTLY when it's time to get up!
Is yours a 5:30 AM breakfast supervisor, a 7 AM face-licker, or a professional sleeper who refuses to get out of bed?
Dogs often develop routines based on their internal body clocks, daylight, and our daily habits.
Tell us: What time does your Weim wake you up? And how do they do it? 😂

Meet Dune – A Little dude with, A Whole Lot of Love! 💙
Just look at those gorgeous eyes! 😍 Dune is 1 year and 3 months old, with the sweetest personality and the perfect medium-sized body! And see his markings...that's the "Mark of the Hound!" There HAS to be a little Weimaraner hiding in there somewhere!

When we saw this sweet boy cowering in the corner of a shelter, we just couldn't leave him behind. He looked so scared and defeated, and we knew he deserved a chance to experience what being loved really feels like. ❤️

Now that Dune is safe, his wonderful personality is starting to shine! He's incredibly sweet, does great with other dogs, walks nicely on a leash, and rides like a champ in the car. He's the perfect size for cuddling on the couch or heading out for an adventure! He hasn't been cat tested yet, but he's already shown us what a fantastic family companion he could be.

Dune has so much love to give, and all he needs now is a family to give it to. From a scared little boy in a shelter to someone's future best friend — we can't wait to see his happy ending! 💕

📍 Fostered in Springfield, MO. Adoption Fee: $250. Apply to adopt Dune:

❤️ Somehow, They Just Knew. 🐾
After everything these sweet Ohio Weimaraners have been through, this message from yesterday's transport was especially heartwarming.

For dogs who have known so little comfort, imagine what it must feel like to finally have a soft bed, a gentle touch, and someone who cares.

Our transporter shared that every single one of them was curled up on the beds we sent, sound asleep. Two even snuggled up beside her, resting their heads in her lap. And the sweetest part? Not one of them was acting terrified. Her final words said it all: "They know." ❤️

Maybe they don't understand where they're going, but somehow, they seem to know that life is about to get better. No more just surviving. It's finally their turn to be loved.

To everyone who donated, helpedtransport, or made this rescue possible — THIS is what you made happen. Thank you for giving these precious souls their first taste of a better life. 🐾❤️

🚨 URGENT: DONATIONS NEEDED — OHIO WEIMARANER HOARDING CASE ❤️ WE DESPERATELY NEED YOUR HELP!

Wonder Weims Rescue is stepping in to help with a heartbreaking hoarding and breeding situation in Ohio. Approximately 30–40 Weimaraners have been kept inside a home, confined to one room, where breeding continued and food was simply tossed onto the floor for them to eat.

On October 17, Wonder Weims Rescue will be transporting dogs out of this situation and into rescue. We are also assisting Arkansas Weim Rescue with transporting the dogs they are taking into their care.

We are asking for monetary donations to help cover:
vet bills, food, dog bed and toys

🙏 PLEASE DONATE TODAY — EVERY DOLLAR HELPS!

PayPal: [email protected]

Venmo: wonder weims rescue https://venmo.com/u/apillman

If you cannot donate, PLEASE SHARE this post. The more people we reach, the more dogs we can help.

October 17 is just the beginning of their journey. Help us give them the second chance they deserve.
