Spring has sprung!

It’s that time of year to get all that winter undercoat out and get the winter grime off your pets!

We are seeing fleas really early so start your preventative now!

I know most of you have noticed some changes here and I wanted to formally introduce my new Assistant Harry Nations!
I stole him from his mother who is a dear friend and fellow groomer who recently retired. He has been in the grooming industry since birth! He also has a ton of experience working with feral and rescue dogs as he helped his mother who has been part of the Trapping Team with a local rescue.
Yes, Harry is young but don’t judge a book by its cover, because he has a lot of experience working with animals of all kinds and I have personally seen him work wonders with our nervous dogs!

I also wanted to give you an update on some life changes going on. I am newly a single mom now so my hours have been a little goofy lately while I get childcare and the whole home/work life worked out and finding my new routine. I also have Twin Grandbabies due soon! So my schedule will probably be adjusted when they decide to arrive which we have been told will be early, so I will be taking a few days off to help my daughter recover.

I have always thought being truthful and open about my personal life with my clients has been the best policy, especially since I do think of you as my extended family! Thank You so much for always understanding and rolling with my crazy life with me! I couldn’t be the Mom and Nana I am without your support!

Please know when your pets are here their safety and well being is my top priority!
With that in mind please understand pick up times may take longer than expected at times, usually due to taking in extra dogs in to work with clients and my schedule, sometimes its because a dog needs some extra TLC. Be assured that getting your pets groom done safely and correctly is always my focus no matter how long it takes. Don’t be offended if I’m not here at the time of drop off or pick up, sometimes I can’t be here right at 8:00am or i need to leave as soon as the dogs are done to attend to my family, Harry will be able to take care of any needs your pet has and I will always call or text if there any questions or concerns.

Good morning! This is Launch Day for my new CATS ONLY grooming location at 3170 E. Sunshine Suite F. I've ordered signage, but until I get that put up, this is what you should look for. I'm on the West side of Arvest Bank and next door to Bayada Home Care. Thank you to my clients and friends for supporting me in this venture!

We just had to share!

WOW! This summer so far has been wild!

Now that the summer heat is here to stay (I think) we are getting really busy!

PLEASE plan ahead and book your appointments ASAP!
Right now we are booking for the week of July 8th
We are doing our best to get as many clients in as possible so please be patient as our pick up times are becoming later than usual, but we promise we will take the same care as we always do even if it means we are here late!

HEADS UP!
I will be having surgery in August so i will be closed August 21st until September 3rd. It’s a surgery I’ve managed to avoid for 30 years and it’s finally time before my stubbornness causes permanent nerve damage! So please keep that in mind when planning your appointments. Depending on how I recover I might have to rearrange some of my bigger dogs. As my I husband will agree i will probably push myself to get back to full speed sooner than i should! Lol

SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS
As most of my regular Saturday clients already know, I am by myself most Saturdays now, so my appointments are very limited and are booked out almost a month. It is very important that you are here at your scheduled appointment time if you are more than a few minutes late i will have to reschedule.

As always Shawn and I are very grateful for your support and confidence in us to take the best care of your pets!

This is molly mae on her short leash. She is the most stubbron caring dog you could have. She loves to explore and a chain link fence wont stop her😉 she can be food aggressive. So we feed our 2 dogs apart. She can be dog agressive at times ( mostly males) it took her about 6m to get used to our other dog princess. Molly knows some tricks as well! She can sit, shake & are working on "hold it" ( waiting for things) Molly loves a good snuggle & belly rub. We are looking for a new home for her as she is a FULL blooded pitbull. ( blue nose & brindle pit) shes fixed, and safe to be around children even babies. She is a friendly pit baby but she is always judged by her breed. Id love for her to go to someone that can spend a lot of one on one time with her as she is getting old but doesnt think so ( we are guessing 9/10) i have had her for 7 years. For all of my pregnancies & babyhood of my 4 kids. I would love to have updates / visits with her. She is my baby & it kills me to rehome her.
