We are still hard at work getting our new space ready for next week, and we’re so excited for everyone to see it!
Many of you have already started receiving our new vaccine upload link through our scheduling software. This new feature allows clients to securely upload vaccine records directly to their profile, which helps us keep your pet’s information accurate and up to date. We would greatly appreciate it if you could upload your pet’s vaccines prior to your appointment.
We are giving all current clients a 3-month grace period to get vaccine records updated in our system. We do require proof of Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella vaccines. If your pet is an over-the-hill senior or has a medical exemption for vaccines, please bring a note from your veterinarian so we can add it to your file.
We’re also excited to announce that we have extended our hours Monday–Friday and will now be open until 5:30 PM! We’re hoping this added flexibility will help all of our clients, especially those who take advantage of our stay-all-day service.
