Short legs. Big ears. HUGE milestone! 🎓🐾

Kooper here, reporting for graduation duty! I finished my chemotherapy for B-cell lymphoma, and this corgi has plenty to smile about! 🧡

My treatment plan was called CHOP19—a 19-week chemotherapy protocol that uses a combination of medications to treat lymphoma. My team adjusted my treatment to fit my needs, and my journey stretched from May through September.

I reached complete remission in May—an exciting early response! That means the signs of my lymphoma were no longer detectable on my exams. But my work wasn’t finished. Cancer cells can still be hiding even when my lymph nodes feel normal, so I continued chemotherapy to help keep the lymphoma under control for as long as possible. Regular checkups with Dr. Robinson are still part of my routine. 💙

Through every appointment and every nervous moment, my family was right beside me. They cared for me at home, kept my team updated, and made sure I knew just how loved I am. Being their little guy is my very favorite thing. 🥰

Thank you to Dr. Robinson and my ACRC friends for helping me reach this milestone—one little corgi step at a time.

Now, who’s in charge of graduation treats? These ears heard there would be snacks! 😉🎉

🎃🐾 October Pet of the Month: Sir Barks Alot, aka Barky! 🐾🎃
At just 6 months old, Barky is a little bundle of furry fun with a BIG personality! 💙 He loves showing off his zoomies, playing nonstop with his bestie Boomer, and then turning right around and snuggling like a tiny baby in our staff’s arms. 🥹🐶
Barky joins us for daycare multiple times a week, and we absolutely love getting to watch him grow, play, and bring so much joy to everyone around him!

My muzzle may be gray, but this girl still has milestones to celebrate! 🎓🐾

I’m Luna, and at 12 years young, I’m officially a chemo graduate! My lymphoma is in remission, and after four treatments, my family and Dr. Partridge agreed it was time for me to graduate a little early and focus on feeling my best. 💛

I’ll still visit my ACRC friends for checkups, but I’m ready to wear my cap, soak up the love, and celebrate this sweet moment.

With silver in my fur, strength in my spirit, and so much love surrounding me, I’m stepping into this next chapter as a true survivor—and a very proud chemo graduate! 🎉

🎓🐾 Excuse me… I have an announcement to make. I GRADUATED! 🐾🎓

Hi everyone, Ava here. 💕
Yes, that Ava — the sweet little Cocker Spaniel with the big eyes, soft ears, and just enough drama to keep everyone on their toes.

Back in April, my family found out I had B-cell lymphoma. Since then, I’ve had chemotherapy, radiation, lots of appointments, and more people fussing over me than I can count.

Which, honestly, is not the worst thing when you’re a Cocker Spaniel. 😉

I kept showing up, kept being brave, and kept reminding everyone that I am still very much the princess around here.

And now I can officially say:

I completed my CHOP19 chemotherapy protocol! 🎉

Even better, my doctors say I’m in complete remission, and my lymph nodes are nice and small.

So I’m trading treatment days for checkups, cuddles, naps, snacks, and the amount of attention I rightfully deserve. 💅🐾

A big thank you to Dr. Partridge and my ACRC team for taking such good care of me, and to my family for loving me through every single part of this journey.

I may be little, fluffy, and extremely cute…

but I’m also one tough girl. 💙

🎓🐾 Rocky here, reporting some very important news… I’M DONE WITH CHEMO! 🐾🎓

After surgery for a high-grade soft tissue sarcoma and five rounds of doxorubicin, I officially completed my treatment plan!

I came in for my final visit doing great, feeling good, and apparently very ready to get back home before lunchtime. 😂 Priorities, people.

My bloodwork was good for treatment, my exam looked great, and my chest X-rays showed no obvious signs of spread on the preliminary review.

So after one last treatment, I got the words every oncology patient wants to hear:

HAPPY GRADUATION DAY, ROCKY! 🎉

Now my job is pretty simple — keep enjoying life, keep being spoiled, and come back for regular checkups so my ACRC team can continue keeping a close eye on me.

A big thank you to Dr. Partridge, my ACRC team, and especially my family for getting me through every step of this journey.

I was told graduation comes with congratulations, pictures, and lots of attention.

I’m still waiting to hear about the snack situation. 🦴😏

Way to go, Rocky! We loved celebrating this big day with you! 💙🐾
