We have an anniversary this month!! Help us wish Alix a very happy 5 year anniversary with the team at Clarke! Alix is a jack of all trades when she is here. You will find her most often working with your fur babies and the veterinarians during appointments, but she can jump in and help at the reception desk when ever needed. She is also our go to for anything related to paw plans. Thank you Alix for everything you do and for helping things run smoothly!

Have you ever caught yourself thinking..."Maybe they're just slowing down"?
It's easy to chalk little changes up to getting older. But sometimes they're not signs of aging at all. Sometimes they're signs of arthritis. In fact, osteoarthritis affects 40% of pets — but most go undiagnosed. And the good news? Arthritis pain can often be managed with safe, effective treatments and isn't something your pet simply has to live with. So, if you do notice any potential signs – talk to us! We can help your pet feel like themselves.

Clarke’s Employee Pets 🩺❤️

This is Mozzarella, another one of Brittney’s pets!
Brittney adopted her from one of those adoption events at a pet store! Her cage card said that she was a “Velcro kitty” which ultimately is only true SOMETIMES. Mozzy Moo is what they call her at home, and sometimes Mozzy can be very moody as you can see from the first picture. It’s her way or the highway. She’s a “you can look but don’t touch” diva! Sometimes she can look straight ahead, but if you catch her relaxing, she can be very cross eyed 🤣 Mozzy also likes to make a mess of the house by playing with the rugs, bouncing off the walls (literally), and carrying dog food around with her. Some she eats, some she leaves around the house!
Either way, Brittney and her family love Miss Mozzy Moo 🐮

We love you Mozzarella!

Clarke’s Employee Pets 🩺❤️

This is Pig! Pig belongs to Dr Anna Trove! This beautiful boy has lived in 3 different states, 2 countries, and has swam in two different oceans! This guy has been a teacher to many different foster dogs that Anna has taken in over the years! She bottle fed him and his litter mates and decided to name them all after different farm animals! When he was adopted out, he was sadly returned due to being a bigger dog than the adopters wanted, but Anna took him back with open arms. When he was younger, he and Anna hiked all over California and St Kitts, but now that he’s older and slowing down a bit, he enjoys his days chasing squirrels 🐿️ around the yard, and taking the best naps! 💤

Pig is a mix of 4 different breeds! Comment what you think he is down below! Can you guess?

We love you Pig ❤️
