We’re just ✨1✨ day away from entries to the Liberty Grove Farm July Dressage Schooling Show opening! We have a number of exciting things to share about this event, so read on!

⭐️To begin, this is a two day show, spanning over Friday afternoon and all of Saturday. All classes, including cash jackpot classes, will be offered on Saturday, with all classes, except for the cash jackpot classes, being offered on Friday as well. Friday’s show will run approximately 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM in both the indoor and outdoor rings.

⭐️Following the conclusion of the show Friday evening at 6:30 PM we will be hosting an ice cream social for all competitors, as well as as an educational talk on the application of the Training Scale through the levels of dressage! We hope you’ll join us for a fun evening of learning and getting to know other riders in the area!

⭐️Running concurrently with the show will be a tack sale hosted by Liberty Grove Farm. Tack can be dropped off anytime beginning Monday, July 7. All tack sales are subject to a 10% commission paid to the farm. Any items not sold can be picked up at the end of the show.

We had a fantastic time hosting our first schooling show of the season on May 2nd at the farm! We had a completely full show, with rides ranging from Intro A to FEI! Riders received great feedback, and many are already preparing to enter our July show!

Congratulations are in order for many riders. To begin with, we’re excited to share our high point winners!

UPDATE #2: ALL SPOTS FILLED! Looking forward to a great show! 👏

UPDATE: all Intro/USEA test spots have been filled. Still 9 USEF/FEI test available! 

RIDERS! We have had a few people scratch from our May Schooling Show in the last week, making 9 USEF/FEI tests available, and 3 Intro/USEA tests available! These will not last long, so get in those last minute entries as soon as possible! We look forward to welcoming everyone to the farm in just over two weeks! 🥳🐴

UPDATE! The show is already almost half-filled! Do not delay in getting your entry in!

A few things to make note of:
-Payment can be submitted via Venmo or check, and it must be received prior to the closing date of the show (April 25)
-I must have proof of vaccination for each horse, and a liability waiver for each rider (please sign a new one even if you signed one last year)
-Entries to the show are first come first serve, and will likely fill before the closing date. Do not delay in getting your entry in, or you run the risk of the show filling.

We are pleased to share that in just 3 short weeks, our assistant trainer, Mackenzie Brown, will be home from Wellington, Florida after a season of intensive training with George Williams, the current US Youth Coach and High Performance Pathway Advisor. She will be available for training and lessons at Liberty Grove Farm and in the surrounding area!

Mackenzie is a USDF Bronze Medalist with Distinction, Silver Medalist, and Bronze Freestyle Bar holder. She has experience working with horses young and old, from just learning walk/trot/canter to schooling the I1/I2 work. She has experience competing at a number of major venues: US Dressage Finals, North American Youth Championships, and the Adequan Global Dressage Festival. Her goal with all of the horses and riders that she helps is to shape a horse to be a happy and willing partner, with the ability to easily complete its work.

Some of her accomplishments over the past 5 years include the following:

•2021 USDF Horse of the Year Awards - 1st Level JR/YR Champion
•2021 USDF Region 6 Championships - 1st Level JR/YR Champion
•2021 Top 5 placing at US Dressage Finals
•2022 USDF Region 6 Championships - 2nd Level JR/YR Champion
