A question for our followers:

What do you feel your local equestrian community (for those local, the greater Spokane area) is missing? Clinics? Shows? Tack stores? A closer knit community? You name it!

What do you love/like/dislike about horse shows? What is something (class, prize, activity, etc) that you are absolutely THRILLED to see at a show? What is something that does not excited you at a show? (Not just dressage shows). What’s an idea you’ve always thought “If I ran a horse show, I would do [ ]”?

We’re gathering information on what competitors really want to get out of their local equestrian community to not only better ourselves, but make light of what the sport might currently be missing to keep riders interested.

We can think of a number of talented small horses and ponies that attended our schooling shows this year - we hope to see you all competing in this program next year with test results from our schooling shows! 🎉

Have you ever dreamed of being a part of the National Dressage Pony Cup, but have only been competing in schooling shows? 🐴💫 Well, we have some exciting news to share with you! Drum roll please...........2027 is the year we launch the NDPC Schooling Show Year End Awards Program! 🎉 We'll be providing a measurement form that can be used for small horses and ponies to be measured by a vet. Additionally, we'll have a dedicated section on our website where you can easily upload your test sheets, making it simple to track your progress and submit your scores. Only your top 3 scores will be used to determine the winners. Stay tuned for more information on how to participate, rules, and prizes! We can't wait to welcome you and your small horses and ponies to the NDPC!

Show season might be winding down, but that doesn’t mean training has to!

We have openings for cavaletti lessons at the farm on October 24th from 2:00 PM on, with our assistant instructor, Mackenzie Brown.

Exercises focus on horses properly using their muscles, riders finding the right balance for their horse, and giving everyone variety in their workload!

Lessons are in groups of 2-3 (depending on availability, as well as horse/rider experience level). $40 per horse/rider combination plus the farm haul-in fee.
