We have available stalls & pastures call LeeAnn 509-953-4511, located N on US 395, Hatch exit, at 325 W Austin Rd short distance from Wandermere in N. With 2 well-groomed arenas, indoor 60' x 108' (for those wetter days) 2 round pens, vast paddocks, secure tack storage, restroom and access to your horse 24/7 you'll find everything you need to relax, sit back in the saddle and "enjoy the ride." th a full time live-on the property caretaker, there are 12 x 12 indoor stalls with choice of run length or size and large pastures where your horse can receive excellent care. Whether it's blankets, fly masks, supplements or just some extra loving it's all available at very reasonable prices.

Welcome our new caretakers, Dakota & Franklin, they are good horse people and dream of their own ranch some day.
If you're looking for a safe place for your 4-hooved loved ones, we got the combination.
Dakota comes with a lot of equine experience & loves em all. And Franklin comes with with pretty sound common sense of a lot of things beyond his years. They both love to share and love to learn. A very refreshing mix of young adults.
They are on site & taking care of business.

LRS is in need of caretaker/s, we offer living quarters, including utilities and board. Prefer young couple wanting to save up for there dream.
We have 16 stall barn, indoor/outdoor arenas, 10 pastures (2+- horses), turnout, trails, etc. Medium size operation. One person can handle most everything, 2 people makes it easy.

We have stalls & pastures available. Indoor & outdoor arenas, full care, round pens, nice sandy-loam footing, minimal mud year round.
We have access to trails by horse and many equestrian friendly trail areas, within less than a half hour by trailer. Put us on your list, we'll gladly show you around.

Any other horse stables having problem contacting Springwater Manufacturing to buy shavings? I have been calling their number getting a voicemail that their mailbox is full!
Is there any other company selling, delivering shavings to North Spokane, Wandermere area?
