This year, we are excited to be sponsors for The 26th Annual All Charity Classic Golf Tournament taking place, today, August 17th, 2026 at the Burlington Country Club.

The Vermont Agency Foundation donates time, resources and money to local charities focusing on the health and well-being of children. Their mission has always been to "dramatically impact the lives of children." Throughout each year, the Foundation runs events to raise money for their cause.

This year, Richmond Animal Hospital will be representing Camp Ta-Kum-Ta in the tournament, an organization near and dear to our family’s heart.

Lending a hand and helping our local neighbors is what community is all about. Richmond Animal Hospital and the Sherman family are dedicated not only to supporting organizations that care for animals in our community, but also to helping the people who make our community stronger.

With that, we are proud to support important non-profits right in our own community like, Our Community Cares Camp, Inc. (OCCC)!

Our Community Cares Camp (OCCC) offers children (ages 5 – 14) from Eastern Chittenden County (Richmond, Huntington, Bolton, Jericho and Underhill) Vermont the opportunity to enjoy healthy summer food and to participate in a free, fun and engaging summer day camp program on the grounds of the Camels Hump Middle School.

This important camp provides children in our community with the opportunity to explore, learn, and express their creativity. OCCC explains on its website that it nurtures the whole child in a caring environment while offering a summer camp experience that might not otherwise be accessible to many of the local children it serves. As former camp counselors themselves, Nick and Dominique understand the value and lasting impact of camp, as well as the unique experiences, friendships, and lifelong memories that are created within the camp community.

In addition, OCCC also offers internships to local teens to gain work experience as junior counselors or culinary interns.

Thank you to all who help make OCCC happen and to provide this wonderful experience for the children and families it serves.
