Meet the sweet pup whose unique journey brought him to Bionic Pets!

TORO’S JOURNEY💖

Toro’s front leg made everyday movement more challenging. His family wanted to explore an alternative to amputation.
They were determined to find a solution that worked with his unique needs.

ANOTHER OPTION WAS POSSIBLE 💙

After veterinary evaluations, Toro was considered a potential candidate for a custom prosthetic. Instead of immediately choosing amputation, his family explored whether his existing limb could be supported.

DESIGNED JUST FOR TORO

Derrick and the Bionic Pets team worked on a solution tailored to Toro’s unique anatomy. Because no two dogs are exactly alike, every custom device starts with understanding the individual pet.

This custom Able-Bodied Prosthetic was designed to accommodate Toro’s existing limb and provide additional support.
Its unique design helps create a supportive point of contact with the ground while working around his limb.
