The art of doing nothing is a skill.
And honestly, It’s one of the most important ones we can teach.
That’s a big part of what we work on during Donuts with Daniel — our semi-private class held every other Saturday morning at Loudoun K9.
It’s not about drilling commands for two hours. It’s about teaching dogs how to settle, regulate, be neutral around distractions, and exist comfortably without constantly needing something from us.
We also leave plenty of room for questions, conversation, troubleshooting, and the kind of practical training information that actually carries over into everyday life.
Think of it as a little training, a little Q&A, a lot of learning… and a pretty good excuse to eat donuts on a Saturday morning. 🍩🐾
