This sweet girl came to me with a warning that she’s very difficult to groom and to do my best. Fortunately- winning over sassy, nervous, unsure pets is a strength of mine.

With a little sweet talk, patience, and attention to her body language (and a few tricks I’ve learned through years of experience) I was able to earn her trust quickly resulting in a smooth, calm and successful grooming experience.
