Horse Training Apprenticeship
Looking for an apprentice who wants to learn how to actually run a training or lesson business, not just spend time around horses.
Brittany Hayes is a Trainer who takes a “whole horse” approach to working with horses as individuals. She also works as a rehabilitative trainer, working horses through mental and physical issues.
You should already know the basics of horse handling and riding safety. This isn’t an entry-level position. You’ll be learning lesson planning, client communication, and the real day-to-day of the business, working alongside Brittany directly.
What we’re looking for:
    •    21+ (a bit older preferred), must have solid transportation.
    •    Solid foundation in handling and safety already
    •    Serious about becoming a trainer or instructor
    •    Can keep up and jump into whatever comes up that day
    •    Reliable
Pay: Unpaid. In exchange, you’re getting hands-on mentorship most people don’t get access to.
Schedule: Flexible. We’ll figure out hours based on your life. Most training happens on weekdays right now.
Interested? Send a bit about your horse background and why you want to train/instruct.
