What a stunning week of fall weather!! The countryside is so pretty,lots of crops are still standing in the fields due to all the rain we had this fall and it looked looks so beautiful with the fall colors and the hills of eastern Ohio! Even after a week of sunny days the ground around here is still wet! Still spending too much time cutting grass like it’s spring. We’ve had a couple frosts that killed off half of our flowers but dahlias are tough and are still producing but the short days make them produce tubers and not flowers. Our new dog Pearl is nothing but perfect! She is so smart and so well behaved that it’s hard to believe the transformation. So far she’s brought us nothing but joy! This video of her with a dryer ball is about as bad as she gets! Just too darn cute❤️. Looking forward to tomorrow’s farm market, lots of fall stuff,a few flowers,some houseplants and some peonie roots too.
