This Pet Appreciation Week, we're reminded that loving a pet means loving them through every stage.

Through all the antics and kitten chaos.
Through chewed shoes and scratched couches.
Through gray whiskers and slower steps.

We love them through the good, the bad, and the downright naughty because they are family.

And family is worth every muddy paw print, every hair-covered blanket, and every moment spent together.

They may only be part of our lives, but to them, we are their whole world, and we owe it to them to take care of them through to the very end. ❤️🐾🥹

It's Pet Appreciation Week, and we're grateful for the little things...

The happy greetings when we come home.
The purrs and tail wags.
The head bumps, kisses, and comforting presence when life gets hard.
Even the head butts and forehead licks in the middle of the night.

They don't ask for much—just food, love, and perhaps 3/4 of the bed.

And somehow, they give us far more than we could ever give them.

Here's to our best friends, in all their furry, feathered, and occasionally naughty glory. 🐾💕

Every day, we receive more requests for help with kittens than we have room to accommodate. Tiny lives are depending on us, but we simply can't say "yes" without foster homes.

Fostering saves lives. Whether you can help for a few weeks or a couple months, opening your home to a litter of kittens gives them the chance they deserve and allows us to help the next family reaching out in need.

We will provide supplies and vetting, you provide a safe home and the love. We ask that foster cats not mix with your own cats.

Aunt Bev , 4 year old female

- Meet Aunt Bev, a sweet torbie lady with enough love to go around and major "bring a casserole and ask if you've eaten" energy. This middle-aged gal is equal parts affection and charm, always ready for a cozy nap, a little gossip, and quality time with her favorite people. Aunt Bev may not actually be related to you, but she'll happily fill the role of everyone's favorite aunt in her forever home. This sweet girl came to us with half a tail and an that likely survived an aural hematoma, but she gives nothing but love.

This beautiful fluffy calico may sound like she runs a questionable poker game behind the bowling alley, but she's actually a sweet, affectionate girl who prefers cozy beds and head scratches to a life on the streets. Some pets are angels.

Others are tiny furry agents of chaos.

They shred toilet paper, steal socks, wake us up at 4 a.m., and somehow act offended when we question their decisions.
But Pet Appreciation Week is a reminder that we love them all—the well-behaved, the mischievous, and the downright naughty.

But the memories they instill are often the ones that make us laugh the hardest. 🐾❤️

BREAKING NEWS: Local cat wrongfully imprisoned.

This poor soul spent what felt like a life sentence crying dramatically and pleading for freedom, convinced he had been locked away from society forever.

His people rushed to investigate this terrible injustice…
…only to discover that he was sitting behind an open door and could have walked out at any moment.

No bars. No locks. No conspiracy.

Thoughts and prayers for the single brain cell, which was apparently off duty that day.

He has since been released from the prison of his own making and is seeking compensation in the form of treats and emotional support pets. 🐾😂

It's Pet Appreciation Week, and we're celebrating the ones who make our houses homes.
We love them through the good days, the messy days, and the days when they somehow manage to knock over the water bowl five minutes after you filled it.
Through the zoomies, the hair on every black shirt, and the endless demands for treats, they give us something priceless: unconditional love.
And honestly? We wouldn't trade a second of it. ❤️🐾

Ash is a beautiful gray tuxedo mama who came to us with a whole litter of babies in tow. Despite raising kittens, this sweet girl still makes time for affection and loves gentle pets and attention.
