The Tomorrows Horsemen® program officially kicked off its 2026–2027 journey this week in Weatherford, Texas, marking the first in-person seminar for this incoming class. The two-day session launched with a strong foundation in financial literacy, professional development and long-term career planning.

A huge thank you to guest speakers, Bobby Smith of Rod Patrick Bootmakers and Larry Roberts of Western Hauler, for taking time to share their insights on being a steward of your business and the importance of building lasting professional relationships.

Tomorrows Horsemen® is designed to equip the next generation of industry leaders with the tools, mindset and connections to succeed—both inside and outside the arena.

The future of our industry is bright, and it’s already hard at work.

Our first time at The Tough Enough To Wear Pink horse show! The classes were huge and competitive, which made it all the more exciting. The staff was incredibly friendly and ran everything so smoothly — it made the whole experience stress-free and fun. Big thanks to everyone who helped put it together!
