We were busy this weekend!!

First stop was meeting Lumi’s breeder; then we headed to VA to pick up Destiny(who we delivered back in Feb) then we met Lumi’s daddy in NC for her!! Then next stop was picking up “Blackie aka Mighty Mouse(our nickname for her) from her breeder in NC,, then we had to pick up one of our past puppies from his owner as she had some things pop up and needed to return him! So Eldin is back with us for now. We picked him up in NC on the way home!

We delivered Blackie to her mommy today! As we needed some time to rest up and her mommy was fine with that!! 💜

Due to recent events it is the time for a policy update and to put it on the internet so there is no confusion for anyone:)

First and foremost our main concern is always communication and sending you updates of your pup. We want to arrive safely and your new baby being happy and healthy and as relaxed as possible while in our care! Most of the time we do night driving so your pup is relaxed ; in the events we can’t due to time and scheduling we will bring our littlest employee (our daughter) to take care of your puppy and keep them happy!! A lot of times breeders send the pups with puppy packages and to ensure the pups/dogs are comfortable we will give them some of the items. We also use the provided leash and collar if one is, if not we bring one to take them potty. It is always our intention to hand that stuff over but sometimes the toys get soiled and tossed out before they make it to you. Puppies are fun! 🙂 and sometimes we simply forget to hand them over because everyone is so excited to meet their new baby and things get missed. We are human. Nothing is ever intentional!

Unfortunately from here on out though we will NO LONGER be accepting puppy packages from your breeder! If your puppy comes with one you and the breeder will need to make special arrangements to get that mailed to you! OR if that is not an option we will require a form signed stating you understand we aren’t responsible for lost or damaged items!

Another note on payment! We require full payment before we will make the trip, if you need to wait til minimum 3 days prior to the schedule trip that’s fine as well, we just ask you cover the fee for us to send it instantly, if you are unsure of the fee we can help you figure it out! We have all the pay apps to make things easier for you:)

Keep in mind we only travel on the weekends as we work full time, have our dogs to tend too and a life besides PupDash! We do our best and appreciate your understanding! If you have any questions feel free to message us!
