A nice, albeit a bit chilly start to our show season yesterday at the CDCTA schooling show. Ferry (Ferdeaux / Uphill) put in two consistent tests, and we earned our highest score yet for First 3. Looking forward to the rest of the show season!

Getting back into the swing of things after a cold, snowy winter. Ferry (Ferdeaux / Uphill) and I had a great lesson with PT-Dressage yesterday. Looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish in 2026.

Had a wonderful time at the VADA Fredericksburg awards banquet today and was excited to bring home this award. Very proud of what Ferry and I accomplished last year, looking forward to 2026!

Eva (Epic Eastwood / Ferro) placed 4th out of 19 in the two year old class at the recent Young Horse Show Region 3 Finals. Comments included "lovely, elegant type; walk has clear rhythm with good reach in shoulder; trot is uphill and expressive; canter is well balanced and light with good engagement." Looking forward to seeing what this filly does in the future!

Very proud of how Ferry (Ferdeaux / Uphill) did at the Region 1 Championships earlier this month. She placed 10th out of 45 in the First Level AA class and nearly got a wildcard qualifying score for finals. Not bad for only her 2nd overnight show ever.
