Kitty City Kansas Rescue Volunteer Based Cat and Kitten Rescue We place cats and kittens in foster homes and nurture them until they are old enough and healthy enough to be adopted.

Kitty City Kansas Rescue is a licensed cat rescue and 501(c)3 non-profit group of rescuers and individuals who have an affinity for cats. We take kittens and cats from various area shelters and occasionally the public, that are too young or ill to thrive in the traditional shelter environment. Since many of the animals we take in are very small or ill, monetary support is always needed to help wit

h medical expenses. Or just make a general donation! Think you could be a great addition to our team? We are always happy to have more volunteers and foster parents come on board!

It’s clear Holly and Little Fluffy were raised with so much love—they are healthy, gentle, and incredibly well-adjusted girls. Because they’ve spent their whole lives side-by-side, they are looking for a home where they can stay together. ☁️Both girls absolutely love chasing their favorite lobster wand and hunting the "red dot" laser toy. They are calm, friendly, and ready to bring twice the love to a lucky home.Please help us find these sisters the soft landing they deserve!

🌟 SISTER SEARCH: HELP HOLLY & LITTLE FLUFFY FIND THEIR NEW FOREVER! 🌟

These two beautiful sisters a Little Fluffy were raised with so much love—they are healthy, gentle, and incredibly well-adjusted girls. Because they’ve spent their whole lives side-by-side, they are looking for a home where they can stay together. 👯‍♀️

Meet the girls:

✨ Holly: The confident "protector" of the pair! She’s athletic, energetic, and will literally flop and purr the moment she sees you. She has the cutest habit of lifting one paw while being petted and enjoys "redecorating" by moving her water dish around! 💦

✨ Little Fluffy: The ultimate lap cat. While she’s a bit more reserved at first, once she knows you’re her person, she’s all about the snuggles and sleeping by your side. She just needs a little calm and patient love to truly shine. ☁️

Both girls absolutely love chasing their favorite lobster wand and hunting the "red dot" laser toy. They are calm, friendly, and ready to bring twice the love to a lucky home.

Wonderful UPDATE!!!
Do you remember Posh? Posh was a "grumpy" momcat that we took in from a kill shelter with her 4 kittens. Her 4 kittens were adopted quickly but she was with us in our foster homes for almost a year. She needed to be an only animal and did NOT show well at the adoption center. Well, one of our wonderful followers decided to meet her and give her a chance and we are thrilled that they did!! Her update is below! THANK YOU FOR GIVING HER A CHANCE AND WONDERFUL HOME!

Hello! I wanted to check in with you all because today is the one-year anniversary of Posh’s adoption! When we first met her a year ago, she was a big hissy grump and we were distraught over losing our beloved senior cat to cancer just a few months earlier. But we knew we could give her a good home so we took a chance on her, and we will be forever glad that we did. She helped heal our broken hearts and also blossomed into such a sweet, affectionate and funny girl! She loves her wand toys, cat trees and window perches, and she adores being held and carried around like a queen. We love her so much and are so grateful to Kitty City for rescuing her and caring for her before we found her.

We had a FANTASTIC weekend at Kitty City! TEN kitties are in their new homes. ONE Adult - one of our fabulous momcats - Sylvie and NINE Kittens - Curly, Pandora, Claude, Sebastian, Malee and siblings going together - Gus&Jacques and Swisher&Lily. Congrats to all!

WE NEED KITTEN FOOD! Our Momcats need our help!! We have lots of kittens in our care and they eat A LOT! We are down to a few cases of canned food and a few bags of dry food so if you could send over some food from our wishlist - the kittens will be forever grateful!!

The pictures below are just a few of the kittens that we took in from the kill shelters last weekend. Our vet tech looked them over and they are thriving in our loving foster homes.

There aren't a lot of kittens ready for adoption yet but there will be in a few weeks as they get bigger and ready for adoption.
