We’re looking for a part-time Kennel Tech to join our crew! If you don’t mind a little fur, a little chaos, and a lot of animal cuddles, keep reading 👀

Job duties include:
▫️Caring for boarding pets (dogs, cats, and exotics)
▫️Cleaning, laundry, and helping keep the clinic running smoothly
▫️Feeding pets and helping with treatments/medications
▫️Dog bath packages

🐾Weekend availability is REQUIRED, and this position is included in our holiday rotation.🐾

We’re looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Experience is great, but being willing to learn and jump in where needed matters just as much.

📍 Interviews will be held on site Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.

🐾🐾🐾UPDATE: Generous family here in Lebanon is donating a new washer to us! We'll hopefully be picking it up tomorrow (Tuesday).
Thank you!!! 🐾🐾🐾

Well, this is one load we can't handle alone. (See what we did :) ) 🐾

Our washer at the Adoption Center has officially retired and the dogs and cats here generate a LOT of laundry. Blankets. Towels. Bedding. The list never ends.

We are hoping someone in our community might be able to help us out with a donated electric washing machine to keep everything clean and fresh for the animals in our care. If you have a working washer you are looking to replace, upgrade, or simply pass along, we would be so incredibly grateful. 💛

🐾HAPPY FRIDAY🐾

Have you ever seen anything this cute? 🦝🤍

This captive-bred baby raccoon stopped by for a wellness visit. Routine wellness exams for exotic pets help us monitor growth, nutrition, development, and overall health while catching concerns early.

And yes — in Tennessee, raccoons require the proper state permits to legally own. 🩺

🩺🐢🐾 Dr. Haley got to spend some time at Cedars of Lebanon State Park talking with the park rangers about monitoring captive wildlife health, when it’s time to involve a veterinarian, and when it may not actually be necessary.

✨Fun fact: Dr. Haley wanted to be a park ranger when he was a kid, so they officially made him a Junior Ranger while he was there.😄🏅

We always enjoy getting to connect with people in our community who care so much about animals and wildlife. Huge thanks to the Cedars team for having him out!🐍🦎🌿

Aubrey has been part of the Haley Vet front desk team for almost a year, and she plays an important role in helping keep the front desk running day to day. She is kind to her coworkers and someone we can count on to be there when she’s scheduled, and we appreciate having her as part of our team.
