Last week the HelloVet family unexpectedly lost one of the best dogs we’ve ever met. Sutton was sweetest, kindest, most gentle hippo and we fell head over heels in love with her from our very first visit. We are so thankful and blessed to have been able to care for her these past few years. Sutty only ever wanted belly rubs and spray Cheese which we happily obliged every single time (she used her Sarah McLachlan aspca commercial eyes to get whatever she wanted). Sutton ended up in the most loving and perfect home for her where she got to have the best dog and cat siblings. She got two amazing parents who showed her all the love in the world and did absolutely everything they could for her. Cancer sucks and it took Sutton way too soon. If you were lucky enough to meet Sutton you know decades wouldn’t have been enough time with her. She was a one of a kind girl and our hearts are truly broken by her loss. It’s impossible to imagine she won’t be there to greet us at the door at the next visit and blow her drool bubbles on us while she not so patiently waits for her cheese tax. Run free and rest easy our sweet Sutty. We will miss you endlessly ❤️
