Fur A Pawsitive Future We focus on TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) in the Northside Village (77009) area of Houston, Texas. We aim to continue our work independently as a non-profit.

We also rescue stray, friendly, abandoned cats and whenever possible we help community cats with medical needs. We focus on Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) in the Northside Village area of Houston, zip code 77009. Over the course of 2 years we have spayed and neutered over 450 cats through sponsored spay/neuter programs. We also seek to care for sick and injured feral cats. We also fundraise to try and transport healthy, friendly street cats out of the Houston area and on to good homes.

On Saturday, our sweet house kitty of 15 years named Scrappy disappeared. It’s not like her to wander off, so we suspect someone may have taken her from us. We’ve been searching and searching to find her. If you know of her whereabouts, please return her to us. 🙏🏽♥️

Our highway 45 dude is getting neutered and vaxxed today. We also noticed he's not putting weight on his front paw so we're getting that checked out too. He's still growling and not very pleased, but we still think it's just a defense and he has a sweet side to him.

White cat is an exhausted mama. She's caring for 7 kittens that will be her last. 😻

Found this guy this morning on Highway 45 headed southbound towards downtown near the cavalcade exit.

We also saw a post from someone else who noticed a cat on 45 this morning we're hoping this is the same one.

He is safe and secured with us but we're guessing he has someone looking for him perhaps.

Between this mama and papa and the one black female we posted yesterday, they have produced a litter of 10 kittens!! All 3 of them are done with the baby-making business on our watch and the kittens are all secured.

Please spay and neuter your pets and any other community cats you see. Even if you're not feeding them, there are resources to get traps and get them spayed and neutered for free.
