Tana has discovered one of the best parts of foster life — snuggling with her foster brother! ❤️

This sweet 9-month-old Border Collie/Aussie mix enjoys the company of other dogs and continues to gain confidence. She’s looking for a calm, patient home where she can settle in at her own pace. A friendly canine companion is a wonderful bonus!

❤️ Hildie Update: Getting to Know Her Even Better!

Hildie has been a resident at her foster mom's dog daycare and training facility, but is currently spending time at her foster mom's home. And what a wonderful houseguest she's turning out to be!

Hildie is quiet, calm, and beautifully behaved indoors. She gets along wonderfully with the resident dogs and shows little interest in the outdoor cat.

She slept quietly on the bedroom floor one night and comfortably in her crate the next. She's friendly with people, rides well in the car, and is great for baths and blow-drying.

She's still gaining confidence with her leash going on and coming off, but she's made wonderful progress!

At the daycare, Hildie can sometimes get overly excited around gates and doorways when the other dogs are coming and going. But in a home environment, she has shown none of those behaviors and is noticeably more relaxed.

❤️ Hildie has shown her foster mom that she can be a calm, well-mannered companion who fits beautifully into home life!

Toby — A Sweetheart with a Playful Side! 🐾❤️

Toby is a handsome, almost 2-year-old boy with a wonderful mix of sweetness, smarts, and playful personality!

He's a favorite at doggy daycare, enjoys the company of other dogs, and even does well with cats. Toby loves his toys, enjoys learning, and has already graduated from AKC STAR Puppy class!

Toby has a gentle, sensitive side and appreciates a little time to get comfortable with new people and situations. Once he feels at ease, his fun-loving, affectionate personality shines through.

He's looking for a patient, understanding adopter who will continue building his confidence and enjoy all the fun and companionship he has to offer.

With his funny expressions and playful personality, Louie knows how to brighten your day! This almost 2-year-old Border Collie/Cattle Dog mix is outgoing, friendly, and eager to please.

He loves people, enjoys playing with other dogs, and is always ready to learn something new. He knows tricks and has started agility—he’d love an active family to share adventures and keep his clever mind busy.

Getting Comfortable. Giving Love. 🧡

Ash, Salem, and Binx are showing more of their affectionate personalities as they settle in! They’re getting comfortable with their routine, happily walking on a leash, and doing wonderfully with other dogs. So far, they’ve shown little interest in the cats—we’ll keep watching as they settle in.

Ash, the boy of the trio, is the friendliest and most outgoing!

Their vet visit is scheduled for October 26, with spay/neuter surgeries planned about four weeks later. We expect them to be ready for adoption just after Thanksgiving. 🐾

Tana — A Gentle Girl with a Playful Heart 💗

With her beautiful markings, warm eyes, perky ears, and little spots on her neck, Tana is full of charm. This sweet Border Collie–Australian Shepherd mix loves chin rubs and stretches out her long, elegant legs when she’s relaxing.

Tana enjoys other dogs, loves chasing the water hose, and settles beautifully in her crate. She takes a little time to feel comfortable, but her playful, affectionate side shines as her confidence grows.

A calm home, a predictable routine, and gentle, positive training will help her blossom. She would love a patient adopter and ideally another friendly dog to share her days.

Ash — Ready to Learn, Ready to Love 🐾

Just under a year old, Ash is a friendly, affectionate boy who loves everyone he meets! He’s wonderful with other dogs and rides comfortably crated in the car. Smart and eager to earn a treat, he’s ready for someone to help him learn and shine.

Ash was found as a stray in Southern Indiana with Salem and Binx. The shelter suspects they are littermates who were abandoned. His breed mix is anyone’s guess—possibly Cattle Dog, Border Collie, or Australian Shepherd.

Now Ash is ready for a new beginning with a family who will treasure him. ❤️
