Hi everyone! With the holidays quickly approaching, I wanted to give some friendly reminders. 🫶🏼
• I stay consistently scheduled out. 😬 Majority of my clientele schedule for the entire year or pre book several months out (which I appreciate so much!), which leaves minimal availability for last minute scheduling. I strongly encourage scheduling multiple appointments to ensure you get the day/time that works for you!
• I have always been lenient with no shows/last minute cancellations. I get it, life happens, you can’t predict when things happen! I’m very understanding because yes, I too have things come up! But moving forward, any no show or cancellation made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time will result in a fee of 50% of your grooming price.
• Late arrivals will be subject to a late fee and/or rescheduled with a cancellation fee. Arriving on time for your appointment keeps things running smoothly! 😊
