People always seem to question the ability of the fuzzy dogs to handle bigger birds, push through cover and last a hard hunt. Egon says hold my kibble and watch this….

Egon hunted hard all afternoon in warmer than ideal tempos, through cattails and thick, tall grass and beat the big dogs to the retrieve. He also probably solidified Kezia’s future bird dog selection😉🪶 Blue Kai Clay & Wing

This past weekend Mike and the boys went to Gretna VA for an SEC qualifier and the boys did great despite hurricane Isaias trying to ruin the weekend.

Kai took 🥈 in Open Pointing.

Vigo took 🥈 in Open Flushing and 4th in Amateur Flushing.

Egon took 🥇 in Amateur Flushing and struggled in one of his Open runs but still finished in the top 10.

These three boys have worked hard with Mike this fall and have brought home a table full of hardware! Now it’s time for a much needed break and a trip to SD for some wild birds before heading to NC for a week long trial to start November off!
