🫧 APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION

When requesting an appointment, they are not held without confirmation. Once an appointment date and arrival time have been sent, you will have 12 hours to confirm. If confirmation is not received within that timeframe, your appointment will be automatically released and offered to another client.

🫧 MATTING FEE

Dogs who arrive with matting will be subject to an additional fee of $2 per minute for the time spent working through or removing mats, including de-matting or shaving when necessary.
Any additional brushing, de-matting, or shaving required due to matting will be charged accordingly.

🫧 YOUR DOG’S HEALTH & SAFETY

Please let me know about any medical conditions, skin sensitivities, behavioral concerns, or other special needs before your appointment. This information helps me provide the safest and most comfortable grooming experience possible.

🫧 KENNEL COUGH & CONTAGIOUS ILLNESSES

For the safety of all pets, dogs showing signs of kennel cough or any other contagious illness must not be groomed. If your dog develops symptoms such as persistent coughing, sneezing, nasal discharge, or other signs of illness before their appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. Dogs must be symptom-free and cleared by a veterinarian before returning. Additional fees may apply if exposure occurs and extra cleaning or disinfection is required.
