Dear clients,

Please note that Castlerock Veterinary Hospital will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day.

We will resume regular business hours on Tuesday, May 26.

If your pet experiences an emergency while we are closed, please contact Emergency Animal Hospital of Crystal Falls at (512) 817-3474.

Dear Clients,

We would like to inform you that Castlerock Pet Hospital will be updating our server beginning Friday, May 1st at 3:00pm. During this time, we will have very limited access to our computers and medical records, which will significantly affect the services we are able to provide that afternoon.

If your pet needs a medication refill, please call our office BEFORE 3:00 PM on Friday to request the refill and complete payment over the phone. We will remain open for clients to pick up medications, but we will not be able to process payments in the clinic after 3:00 PM.

Because our system will be down, we will not be seeing appointments or able to schedule any new appointments after 3:00 PM that afternoon. If you need to schedule a visit for your pet, please call the office before 3:00 PM. We will resume our regular services Monday, May 4th at 8:00am.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete this important upgrade to better serve you and your pets.

If you have any questions or need assistance before then, please don’t hesitate to contact our office.

Dear Valued Clients,

We wanted to inform you that due to unforeseen circumstances, we unfortunately need to reschedule our server and system update that was originally planned for Friday, March 27 at 3:00 PM.

As a result, Castlerock Pet Hospital will be open and fully available tomorrow during our regular business hours, and all services will continue as scheduled.

At this time, the update has been tentatively rescheduled for May 1. We will be sure to notify you as soon as the new date is confirmed and provide any additional details.

We appreciate your understanding and flexibility, and we look forward to continuing to care for your pets without interruption.
