🧦🌮🐾 Crazy Sock Day at Mercy Veterinary Hospital & Pet Resort! 🐾🌮🧦

Crazy socks, big smiles, and delicious tacos! 🤪💙 Today, our Mercy Veterinary Hospital and Mercy Pet Resort teams came together to celebrate Crazy Sock Day during Veterinary Technician Appreciation Week! From our managers and receptionists to our amazing veterinary technicians, everyone joined in on the fun and showed off their colorful, silly, and creative socks. 🧦✨ To make the day even more special, we brought in the Hombre Taco food truck to treat our hardworking staff to some seriously tasty tacos! 🌮😋 It was our way of giving a little appreciation back to the incredible people who show up every day for our patients, clients, and furry resort guests.

At Mercy, we know that caring for animals takes a whole team, and we’re so grateful for every person who helps make our hospital and resort such special places! ❤️🐶🐱 Between the fun socks, delicious food, and time spent celebrating together, today was a wonderful reminder that appreciation is about more than just saying thank you. It’s about making our team feel valued, recognized, and loved for everything they do. A huge thank-you to our staff for bringing the energy and to Hombre Taco for helping make our celebration extra delicious! 🌮🙌

Today, we’re celebrating Katie Lara, one of our wonderful receptionists at Mercy Veterinary Hospital, during Veterinary Technician Appreciation Week! 🥰 Although Katie has been working in veterinary medicine for about five months, she’s already making a difference by helping our patients and the people who love them. As one of the friendly faces welcoming clients into our hospital, Katie helps make every visit a little brighter, and we’re so happy to have her as part of our Mercy family! ❤️🐶🐱

For Katie, the most rewarding part of her job is being able to help both our patients and our clients. Whether she’s helping a pet parent or making sure our furry visitors feel welcome, she enjoys being part of the care and support we provide. 🐸🐮 HAPPY WEDNESDAY FROM MERCY VETERINARY HOSPITAL! 🐾 If you walked into Mercy today and thought you’d accidentally stepped into a petting zoo, don’t worry — it was just us celebrating Tech Appreciation Week! 😂 Today’s theme was Dressed Like an Animal Day, and let’s just say our team took full advantage of the opportunity to get a little wild! 🐶🐱🦒

From animal onesies to ears, hats, and all kinds of creative looks, our managers, technicians, and receptionists joined in on the fun! 🙌 We love a good excuse to show off everyone’s personalities outside of our usual day-to-day routines. From greeting nervous pets and their loving families to helping keep things running smoothly at the front desk, Katlyn plays an important role in making Mercy Veterinary Hospital feel like home. We’re so grateful to have her as part of our Mercy family! 🩷🐶🐱

One of the most rewarding parts of veterinary medicine for Katlyn is getting to watch our patients grow throughout the years! 🥹💕 From tiny puppies with larger-than-life personalities and just a little too much attitude to big, lovable babies with much better manners, it’s so special to watch them grow and build lasting relationships with the families who love them.
