Liberty is responding very nicely to "Drop it" in just over a week and even with another dog!

Also learning a word for play time is over. This is super valuable for ending play with you, and if you have 2 or more dogs in a house that are constantly play brawling and you want them to be free together without restriction.

Super fun new puppy here for general obediance, constant counter surfing, and other such high energy puppy problems.

Very important that her owners have a clear and reliable way to stop her when she inevitably gets into trouble.

Teaching "No" while the dog is super amped up and having fun is super effective and maintains a really nice emotional state.

Example with one of my private lesson clients of the reason it is so critical that we teach words in the correct order.

The dog responds to moving instead of only on the release word since that had been the only cue she had any reason to pay attention too.

Before vs now with play. This was probably the most drastic and difficult change with Lushka so far!

Her response was probably just as bad with her obedience when I dared to go against her wishes by making her comply. However, that process was simpler than showing her not only that she can't bite me, but also that we can still cooperate to play this fun game.

Update: Her obedience and play are going very well, though we still have remaining problems with being touched in places, both by me and strangers, and also with accepting touch, i.e. muzzle, nails, etc.

Just had our first test hoping in the car after some work in similar situations.

We showed her that she's capable of jumping and that violently protesting is not in her best interest.
