The Canine Health Collective officially kicked off in April!

A variety of screenings were performed on the participants including abdominal ultrasounds, bloodwork for overall health and vitamin screenings, and each had their microbiome health evaluated.

We did a deep dive in the health of these dogs and now are working on supplementing areas that need it, and improving their lives through preventative health!

Dolly has been doing such a great job with her therapy and the underwater treadmill. Dolly's pet parent had this to say recently...

"Dolly has been doing the underwater treadmill for only a month so far and I can see such a difference!

She is 9yrs old this year and was never inclined to go on adventures with me or the other dogs due to her hips but with this PT she is happy to join us on short walks to and from the barn.

I’m excited to see how she progresses because she is definitely one that likes to get involved and wants to be in on the fun!"

Have you ever wanted to do canine fitness with your dog but didn't know where to start or lacked the right equipment?

Kat is hosting a canine fitness class focusing on exercises you can do with a large aerobic bench. This class is open to owners and dogs with any level of fitness experience! In class we will show owners how to use equipment for their conditioning, discuss which muscle groups each exercise works, and provide printed information on the exercises for later reference. Dogs with dog-aggression or reactivity should not attend this group class but, can reach out to set up a private session covering the same topic!

We have a limited number of benches so please RSVP asap!
When: Tuesday June 2nd 6:30pm

"I've always had a passion for animals and working to make their lives better!

I've got 2 dogs (Holland - GSD mix and Luna - Husky) and 2 cats (Onyx and Pickles) as well as a few foster kittens and a foster dog at the moment!

I love getting out in nature with my dogs as much as I can whether it's kayaking, hiking or just a nice walk.

My favorite part of working at GoodLife so far is getting to help dogs live happy, healthy lives and working with a team that has the same mindset!"
