🆘URGENT SAN ANTONIO METRO AREA FOSTER HOMES NEEDED for 3 WEEKS ONLY

Rex was pulled at the last minute from the city’s high-kill shelter last week and is currently in boarding at a vet’s office. He is approx 1 year.

Bodi was pulled a month ago and has been in boarding for 4 weeks now. He is approx 5 years old.

Both boys are good with people and other dogs. They will be transporting to Colorado in 3 weeks. PLEASE consider helping a dog temporarily until transport. These dogs have experienced quite a bit of stress at the local city shelter in SA and would love to have a quiet home with a soft bed to relax.

🚨 $5 FRIDAY FOR REX 🚨

Rex was pulled from the euthanasia list yesterday—just in the nick of time.

This young, severely emaciated pup was at risk of losing his life simply because there wasn’t enough kennel space. When volunteers arrived, Rex was being kept in an outdoor kennel run, hyperventilating in the 103-degree Texas heat. He had shade and water, but the ground was so hot that volunteers carried him to protect his paw pads.

He was immediately rushed to Callaghan Road Animal Hospital for care.

Our rescue is closed for intake, and we are still carrying thousands of dollars in debt. With donations nearly nonexistent, we have been forced to turn away dogs who desperately need us—but we couldn’t walk away from Rex.

This $5 Friday, please consider being the reason dogs like Rex receive a second chance. If everyone gives just $5, together we can continue showing up when their time is running out.

Rex needed a savior. Now we need our supporters. Please donate and share. 🐾
