⭐ Staff Spotlight: Jessie! ⭐

Jessie has dedicated over 20 years to caring for animals and has worked with a wide variety of species throughout her career as a veterinary technician. We’re thrilled that she has brought her knowledge, compassion, and experience to the team at Cumberland Animal Hospital.

Jessie is also hands-down the best cleaner around and takes incredible pride in keeping our hospital looking its best. Her positive attitude, kindness, and willingness to help make her a ray of sunshine for everyone here, and she always brightens the day of both her coworkers and our clients.

When she’s not at the hospital, Jessie enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found exploring the woods with her dog, Sage.

We’re so grateful to have Jessie as part of our team! 🐾💙☀️

🐾 Fireworks Season Is Almost Here! 🇺🇸🎆

If your pet gets anxious during fireworks, please don’t wait until the last minute to request calming medications.

To allow enough time for our doctors to review requests and for our team to prepare medications, please contact us no later than Tuesday, June 30th.

🐶 Your pet has used calming medication before and needs a refill.

Please remember that prescription requests require doctor approval and processing time. We cannot guarantee that same-day or last-minute requests will be completed before the holiday.

Meet Hannah, our Operations Manager! 🐾 🫶🏻

Hannah was born and raised in Cumberland and has been working in the veterinary field since 2015. Her areas of interest include dentistry and rescued canines.

Behind the scenes, Hannah helps keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and is always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed. She has a special talent for making even our most strong-willed patients feel comfortable, and her compassion for animals shines through in every interaction. Her heart of gold and dedication to our patients, clients, and team make her an invaluable part of Cumberland Animal Hospital.

When she’s not at the hospital, Hannah enjoys running, hiking, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two daughters.

We are truly lucky to have Hannah.

Everyone at Cumberland Animal Hospital would like to congratulate the graduating seniors on this exciting milestone. We wish you all the best as you begin your next chapter!

A friendly reminder that Cumberland High School’s graduation ceremony will take place this evening at Tucker Field, with the ceremony beginning at 6:00 PM. Increased traffic is expected in the area before and after the event.

Please plan accordingly if you have an appointment with us today. Our hospital will be closing at 5:00 PM as usual.
