Hall Mountain Rabbit Beagles began in 2007 with the purchase of a bluetick beagle male named Joker and a little tri-color female named Annie. Over the next few years additional females were added to our kennel as they exhibited some of the traits we were looking to establish in our own line of bluetick beagles. Through selective breeding we are four generations into our goal of breeding and maintaining a line of bluetick beagles with excellent hunt, line control, tight check work, and sound conformation.

We have available a 4 month old, lightly started, AKC bluetick male. His name is Hall Mtn Blue Devil "Duke". He's going to be 15" class and already has a booming bark. He has been introduced to rabbits, but will need more training before going with the pack.

Worked the Cherry pup in the pen this evening. This little girl hunts on a run and covers some ground. She jumped this rabbit from under a fallen tree top and it was on!!!!

Had to laugh at these pups this evening. (Raider, Duke, and Lady) They had a tennis ball and kept taking it form one another. The one that had it would run off with the other two in hot pursuit.

Here's a short video clip from working Lady, Duke, and Raider today. Raider got the site chase on this one. I had already quit video when Lady picked up the track and drove it opening the whole way. Nice first rabbit for these pups.

Hunter and I got the dogs out this morning. Was a great morning to be out and the dogs did not disappoint. Dogs down were Raven, Blue Jay, Poppy, and Susie Q.
