Hall Mountain Rabbit Beagles began in 2007 with the purchase of a bluetick beagle male named Joker and a little tri-color female named Annie. Over the next few years additional females were added to our kennel as they exhibited some of the traits we were looking to establish in our own line of bluetick beagles. Susie Q's puppies say they want out of the brood box. Once the rain gets out of this area, I'll be moving them and their mom to outdoor kennels where they can enjoy some sunshine.

Great running this morning! Dogs down were Blue Jay, Raven, Ivy, and the River pup. Dogs were solid and River is progressing well. Susie Q is due to have her pups any day now, so I'll be staying close to home until the pups arrive. Super excited about this litter!!

Here's a short video/audio from running this morning. Dogs down were Blue Jay, Raven, Ivy, and the River pup. Ran several before it got hot. Had two deer run by River and she bunny hopped toward them a couple of times, looked at them, then went back to hunting.

As you can see, Susie Q is getting a big belly. She's doing great. Her pups are due around May 4.

Enjoyed getting the dogs out this morning. Dogs down were Raven, Ivy, and my River pup. That River pup is impressive but has a long way to go. Was nice getting our with a fewer dogs than usual. Felt more like I was working dogs again not just running them.
