Valiente was not as amused about today's kids. A lot louder and a bit more stressful 😵‍💫
But it's fine! And with that we are able to get the last of the hay and feed for the winter thanks to the fur babies work.

Now to pay and pick up 😂

Today we went to a local elementary school in Harrisonburg. It was so fun to go and the animals got to play with a whole school full of kids.

While that is always great what got me was at the end multiple individuals gave us hand written letters 😭

When I tell you I almost teared up then and there 😆

It's with great sadness that we want to update everyone. Many of you over the years got to meet our oldest goat Cornuda at petting zoo events.
She was our most rowdiest goat and the most spoiled. We were so lucky to have her for 13 years out of the 18 that she was on this Earth.

Last night she moved on to greater pastures. I am so thankful to have had more headaches than heartaches with her. She leaves many many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was the beginning of my herd at my home and I will never forget that. I just know I will never have another go like her.

Cornuda we will miss you so much.

He’s a bit shy but has a calm demeanor.

Love that he’s so well behaved. To think that a little over a year ago he was skinny, injured and didn’t trust humans to even LOOK at him. Now he can eat out of a bucket I’m holding.

LAST UPDATE: thanks everyone both are back home. We used Cyclone the Zebu/Jersey steer to help get the white Brahman. Both safely home. 🥰

UPDATE: Canela the red one has been caught. The white one is still loose but on our land. Going to be watching out for her to get closer. If you see her please do not chase.

Two of our Brahma heifers got out while unloading to the new paddock. One white and white red.

Do not approach them. The red one is the tamer of the two raised here and close to my dad. The white one is newer very skittish and only trusts my dad so far.
